Professional-Class Work Visas

Fresno, California Professional-Class Visa Attorney

There are a number of options available to professionals and skilled workers for entering and working in the United States. While a number of work visas are immigrant-based, others are limited to a specific number of years and may or may not be renewable. At the law office of Chris Bijev, we work closely with businesses, foreign professionals, investors and medical students interested in entering, working or investing in the United States.

In some cases, quotas may be attached to a visa. As a result, if a visa is oversubscribed, it may be necessary to explore alternative visa programs which allow you to enter and work in the US. Using on-line information systems, our office receives real-time updates regarding visa quotas, immigration forms and legal decisions that could impact our clients.

Whether you are a foreign national interested in working or investing in the United States, we have the resources to help you through the work visa process. To schedule a free consultation, contact work visa lawyer Chris Bijev today.
